7 – Vila Holt mansion
The once mighty two-storey mansion stands on the side off the road bellow the vineyards and is an example of a well-preserved, ambitiously designed 19th-century viticultural architecture.

8 – Peter Dajnko’s house of birth
The Slovenian linguist, poet and writer Peter Dajnko tried to establish the East Styrian dialect in Slovene literature and the style of writing “dajnčica” named after him. A Commemorative plaque is attached in front of the house, which has preserved its original appearance. The habitable area of the house holds an exhibition of a preserved ethnological collection of old tools and a decorated memorial room.

9 – The Negova Lake
In the past, there were 14 larger and smaller ponds near the village of Negova and the Negova Castle. These played a defending role at the time of the Great Turkish Invasions. Today, only three of the original ponds remain; two smaller ones just below the Castle – The Gosijak Pond and The Klokec Pond, and one larger one, now called The Negova Lake, which was the centre of events in the past.

10 – The Negova Castle
The Negova Castle area has been declared a cultural monument of national importance. The Manor House hosts a Tourist Information Centre in the courtyard, where visitors can enjoy the view of the castle. The youngest will be happy to peek into the interesting herbal park, and throughout the year, the castle also hosts exhibitions of well-established Slovene and foreign masters of photography and art.

11 – Mineral water springs
The valley of the river Šcavnica and its surroundings are rich in natural mineral water springs. At well-kept areas, it is possible to taste pure natural mineral water from a natural spring.

12 – Anton Trstenjak’s homestead
Near the bike trail stands the homestead of the Slovenian philosopher, anthropologist, psychologist, and theologian Anton Trstenjak, where you can see a beautifully decorated memorial room.
